- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup castor sugar
- 1/4 cup softened unsalted butter
- 2-3 tbsp milk at room temperature
- 1/4 cup chopped dark chocolate
In a bowl sieve all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder and baking soda.
Add butter and caster sugar and mix with a spatula.
Now add milk and start kneading with light hands. Do not over mix.
Add chopped dark chocolate and mix gently.
Cover the bowl and refrigerate for 20-30 mins.
Preheat oven at 160-degree C. After 30 min, make small balls from the dough and place it directly on butter paper in a baking tray.
Do not press the brookies, as it will spread while baking
Bake on 160-degree C for 10-15 min.
Let the brookies cooldown on a wired rack and enjoy.
