Ingredients : - 1 cup quicker oats - ½ cup unsalted butter (room temperature) - ½ cup castor sugar or brown sugar - ½ tsp vanilla essence - ½ tsp baking soda - 2 tbsp cornflour - ½ cup choco chips - Pinch of Salt
Method: Grind the oats to turn it into powder and keep it aside. Take a big bowl with half cup butter and add castor sugar in it. Mix it well with the hand mixer for 2-3 mins. Add Vanilla essence in this mixture and pinch of salt. Now add 1 cup powdered quicker oats with ½ tsp baking soda and 2 tsp cornflour (You can reduce the cornflour quantity for chewy texture). Now blend everything with a spatula. At this moment you can add choco chips. Once the Cookie dough is ready, put this batter into the fridge for 20-30 mins. After that, make a small ball and flatten it a little bit. In the meantime, preheat oven at 180O for 10 mins. Now, these flatten the ball in preheated oven for 20-25 mins. Keep an eye on the oven as Choco chips are very sensitive.
