Mango Banana Chia Pudding

Ingredients:

- 1 cup chopped mango

- 1 cup almond milk

- 3 tbsp chia seed

- 1 tbsp maple syrup


For garnishing

- Some desiccated coconut

- Some blueberry (optional)

- 1 sliced banana


Method:

Combine almond milk, chia seed and maple syrup in a bowl. Cover the bowl and allow it to sit in a refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours.


Meanwhile, prepare the mango puree.


Now in a bowl arrange chia seed and mango puree. Top with sliced banana, desiccated coconut and blueberries. Serve immediately.
