Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cups almond milk, unsweetened

- 2 cups frozen strawberries

- 1 large banana

- 2 tbsp chia seeds/flaxseed


Method:

In a blender add almond milk, strawberries, banana and flax seeds/chia seed. Blend until smooth and creamy.


Serve chilled.


Tip: You can use any type of milk.
