Stuffed Mango Kulfi
Serves: 4-6 Preparation time: 10 min Cooking time: 40 min Total time:50 min Ingredients : - 5 cups full cream milk - 1/3 cup sugar - 4-5 nos Mangoes - A handful of Pista and Almond Method: Heat the milk in a heavy bottom pan till it becomes 1/3rd like rabadi. Add sugar and then stir it. Keep it for cooling. Now add pistachios. In the meantime, cut the crown of mango. Now we need to remove the seed of the mango while keeping the entire shape of the mango intact. Once you remove the seed, fill this cavity of mango with the kulfi mixture. Put the mango crown back and freeze it for a minimum of 6 hours. Once ready, peel the mango and slice it. Garnish with sliced almonds and pistachios.
